FAQ

Wait, what exactly do you do?

A lot of things. I’m a writer, first and foremost. I write female-driven comedies, both television and features. I started out writing personal essays and if you wanna go for a ride through the halcyon days of the aughts internet, you can find my work in The Huffington Post and Hello Giggles. And don’t forget my blog, Jaw Wired Shut, which I eventually developed as a television show that didn’t go anywhere.

Hollywood is a tough business, so I like to make sure I’ve got a good side hustle going at all times. To help pay the bills, including the subscription fee for this very website, I work as a freelance content writer. Copy, scripts, naming, brand sweeps, social media captions, direct response – you need something written, I’m your gal.

Launching a new company or product? As a trend consultant and youth insights expert, I can tell you all about what the kids are into these days. I’ll help you and your brand understand the differences between Gen Z and Millennials, where to reach them and the best way to do it.

How can I hire you?

There’s a handy dandy contact button in the top right corner of this website and it goes right to my email. Hit me up!

What’s your rate?

I don’t get out of bed for less than ten thousand.

Seriously?

No, come on, it’s late stage capitalism, baby, and I’m out here working at least three jobs! For content writing and consulting I work at an hourly rate or for a project fee, depending on your needs. For screenwriting, hit up my manager, Kendrick Tan at Lit Entertainment Group.

Is there anything else you can do?

I can give you writing coaching, brainstorm help, or plain old life advice. Even if you’re looking for a sounding board or just someone to tell you you’re funny, I’m sure we can figure out a way to work together. I can even babysit your kids. Seriously, kids love me. I’m a blast.

What can’t you do?

Skateboard. I bought one when I moved to LA and fell flat on my face the first time I tried. Never again.
